For Rent, $250 per month
This Hangar is located at the Brighton, Michigan Airport. The hangar is 39.5 feet (length) and 29.5 feet (deep) or 1375.5 square feet with a cement floor. It is rented with some useful extras such as a kerosene space heater (for those cold Michigan months) when you need to work on your plane and a snow blower! The hangar includes electricity, with a long retractable drop light, overhead florescent lighting, a compressed air tank with a retractable air hose, and a large work table in the back of the hangar. There is even a little artwork! There is also plenty of cabinet space for storage. I have a wine press and wine crusher that I need to store at the hangar that takes up little room. The hangar is at the end of the row of hangars and has additional space not typical of a t-hangar. You will note studs since I was planning to insulate the hangar before I sold my airplane. I had a small pickup truck that I stored in the winter months along with my plane, so the hangar has utility. Since the hangar is part of the Brighton Airport Association, the hangar must have an aviation component (airplane storage, restoration, or experimental build). Lastly, the hangar has a bifold electric door, which is simple to operate. Thanks for looking and happy flying! Contact me at:
